Project Management Plan Overview This document will be used to define the scope for the work that is required to satisfy the requirements of replacing the phone system at Etcetera Financial. The current phone system constraint at Etcetera Financial is that it can no longer handle the phone volume of over 250 employees and as a result the objective here is to replace it. The phone system is used to process inbound customers calls which is critical to the success of our organizational goals. For this reason the assumption is that we need to ensure that the replacement phone system chosen can provide the performance requirements needed for our call center. The intent is to also ensure that all parties and stakeholders involved have a mutual understanding of the objectives, roles, and responsibilities. This document will identify the processes that will be used to complete the current phone system replacement in detail. It will also outline the project deliverables which will include the project schedule, budget summary and progress of the project baseline. Executive Summary The Program scope in the following pages will cover a new phone system replacement which will include both new hardware and software design for our call center. It will include testing of new phone equipment, integration of the new phone system, implementation and monitoring.
